We, Oblates

Les Oblats de Marie Immaculée (en latin : Congregatio Missionariorum Oblatorum B. M. V. Immaculatae) forment une congrégation cléricale missionnaire de droit pontifical qui se consacre principalement aux missions. Nous avons pris naissance il y a 200 ans. Fondée à Aix-en-Provence le 25 janvier 1816 par saint Eugène de Mazenod (1782-1861), prêtre français du diocèse de Marseille. L'institut a été reconnu la première fois par le pape Léon XII le 17 février 1826.
