On February 12, 2017,  along with the celebrations of the parish feast in Notre-Dame de Lourdes and the 90th anniversary of the founding of the parish, Fr. Mariusz Kasperski OMI, the superior of our Delegation of Madagascar, along with many Oblates, blessed and opened the new house by the parish of Notre-Dame de Lourdes in Toamasina.

The time also finally came to renovate the older part of the house, as outlined in the building plans.  Therefore after the vacation period and the move to the new part of the house in the middle of November, the crew began renovations on the old wing of the building. The project will take 6 months of work. Consequently, Notre-Dame is continually under construction...

We thank God and all of the benefactors for their help, since thanks to them the surroundings of our beautiful church are gaining a new character.
